Premium is always the answer for the more fun game. Always always always. Sorry. I disagree here. Don't get me wrong, I am a premium guy. Usually. BUT, Stranger Things is the one exception. The Pro is really better, once you get past the projector that will burn out and the TK lock that has to be Stern's least reliable mech ever. Get a Pro and just have fun, it's the identical game.

I just sold my stranger things premium from the new runs of games because the TK lock refused to work even when working directly with stern to try and fix it. Now I am having second thoughts about getting another one if the TK lock is just a terrible design that will never work as intended for the 3 locks. It seems almost everyone has had issues with it.

1. You bought that something was “collectible” just because the company making it said so. Mistake. My understanding is he bought a used Stranger Things premium for well over MSRP, and is complaining that his lost value when NIB premiums became available again. Stern never marketed the premium as collectible or limited and wasn't responsible for selling the used game to him for over MSRP.

I’m still puzzled that people are so so upset if the perceived value of their pin(s) drops by a few thousands. These things cost $10k ish new nowadays. So if you buy one and you are financially responsible, an imaginary $4k “loss” because evil Stern decides to make more and your “Investment” is now worth only $8k instead of $12k used (Stranger Things premium) should not cause you that much anger. Greeeeeeeed. That’s what my TZ says appropriately.

I had a fairly active year. Attended TPF and acquired my 2 favorite pins from the show; TBL and Bally HD. Picked up a restored WW a friend was selling. You don't let nice System 11s leave the area. Thought I was done and then Stern announced another Stranger Things run. I regretted selling my LE in 2021 and jumped in on a Premium. I think it's the coolest and most innovative modern Stern, hands down. Alice Cooper, TMNT Premium, Godzilla Premium, TFTC left the building.

Got this email from dealer today. :-(( “Stern said they were building Stranger Things Premium after they finished Elvira, but they shipped the Elviras out yesterday and today they are suddenly shipping Godzilla Premium! It looks like they swapped Godzilla with Stranger Things, and now they say Stranger Things Premium will be built the first week of December. If I get any other info I will let you know.”

I hope Stern puts their new bigger facility to use and puts Pro and Premium Stranger Things on the line at the same time. Im in on a Premium and can’t wait to get it.
